David qualified in 1981 and joined Dawsons as a partner in 1999. He is a well known and highly regarded property litigator who acts for substantial institutional landlords in relation to their commercial and residential portfolios, as well as construction disputes, boundary and party-wall disputes.
David heads the Property Litigation team which has extensive experience of pursuing claims in the High Court and County Courts. His practice also includes applications before the Lands Tribunal and Leasehold Valuation Tribunal.
