Harender qualified as a solicitor in 1999, having completed her training with Halliwells. She joined Dawsons in 2003 from Taylor Wessing and became a partner in 2006.
Harender has experience in all areas of corporate commercial law and has a varied client base, which is both national and international, ranging from entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses to professional firms and listed companies. Harender has acted on numerous corporate acquisitions and disposals, as well as having substantial expertise in corporate finance including public offers, private placements, public takeovers and admissions to the AIM and Plus markets.
Harender advises clients on restructuring and re-organisations, as well as providing advice in relation to asset and business transfers upon insolvency and directors’ duties generally.
Harender also provides general advice on all manner of commercial agreements, including those related to agency, distributorships, joint ventures, intellectual property, limited liability partnerships (LLPs) and shareholders.
