Michael Gerken
Property Litigation
Michael graduated in Law and Spanish Law from the University of Kent at Canterbury and completed his legal education at the College of Law, Guildford. Michael Joined Dawsons in December 2005 having previously worked for the British Chamber of Commerce in Quito, Ecuador.
Michael works alongside all members of the Litigation Department and has experience specifically in Property Litigation matters including Landlord and Tenant disputes, possession and squatters actions and Leasehold Valuation Tribunal proceedings.
Michael is also the main point of contact for all Agency work.
