
Jill joined Dawsons in May 2008 as a Consultant as part of the firm's strategy to further develop the employment law services it offers to its clients.
Jill has over 25 years experience advising across the whole spectrum of employment issues for a wide range of clients including international and national corporates, public sector organisations and high profile individuals, for whom discretion is often paramount.
In addition to her technical legal expertise she is particularly recognised for her tactical skills and strong commercial acumen. She is also a keen advocate of the use of mediation in employment disputes, in appropriate cases and is sensitive to the wider range of issues which can arise in the employment field.
Prior to joining Dawsons she was Senior Partner with a niche employment practice based in the City. Jill undertakes a number of lecturing and training assignments for both legal and non-legal audiences with the objective of bringing "law alive" and is always willing to explore creative solutions to difficult legal problems.
