Zana Pejic
Corporate Commercial
Zana graduated in 1999, in London, with a business degree. After several years in the commercial sector, Zana completed the Post-graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law. She qualified at the City firm, Kennedys, in September 2006 before moving to Ogier, Jersey office, from November 2006.
While offshore, Zana advised on a wide range of international banking and general corporate and commercial transactions as well as on Jersey investment fund structures and employee benefit trusts.
She joined Dawsons in November 2007 and advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Zana is fluent in Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian.
