Litigation and Employment
Sue graduated from Brasenose College, Oxford in 1983 with a degree in Law. On qualification as a solicitor, Sue initially focussed on litigation and family law before joining Dawsons in 1988, since when she has handled a very broad range of litigation, including property, contentious probate and trust disputes, personal injury, complex professional negligence claims, defamation, contract claims and a broad range of commercial disputes.
Sue also has valuable experience and expertise in mediation in weighty national and international cases. In recent years, Sue has built on her general litigation and dispute resolution background and has increasingly specialised in contentious employment law, acting for both employers and employees - both pursuing claims and helping to avoid them.
