Piers Larbey

Piers graduated from the University of Southampton in 1997 with a degree in law (LLB). He then completed his legal practice course at the College of Law in Guildford before commencing his training contract at Halliwells.
Piers joined Dawsons in April 2001 and advises on a range of general commercial work including drafting general commercial agreements and mergers and acquisitions, although he has particular experience in corporate finance work including AIM lists, full market lists and private placements.
