Mary graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2000 after reading Law and French (LLB), and spending a year studying French law at the Sorbonne, Paris. She completed her postgraduate legal practice course at Oxford and joined the firm in September 2001.
Mary has experience in a broad range of corporate matters on both national and international levels, acting for companies and high net worth individuals with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate structuring and tax planning, commercial contracts and overseas property transactions.
