Mark is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer who spent over 8 years at Eversheds' London office, before joining Dawsons in 2009.
He has advised in the fields of energy (nuclear and oil & gas), financial services, manufacturing, art and distribution and agency in matters of contract, tort, insolvency and regulated aspects of clients' activities. Mark has a very broad experience of dispute resolution, including in particular complex High Court and County Court litigation in which he has appeared as advocate, mediation and arbitration.
After spending 2 years studying in Poland, Mark returned to the UK and graduated from London University with a degree in Russian Language and Literature in 1998. Mark qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and is a member of the British Russian Law Association.
