
Louise graduated from Somerville College, Oxford University in 2004 with a degree in Law. She then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London.
Louise trained at Dawsons and recently qualified into the firm's Employment Department.
During her time as a trainee in the Employment Department she has gained experience working for both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious matters. Louise has been involved with a range of Employment work including redundancy situations, negotiating departure terms for employees, advising in relation to claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing and advising both employers and employees on grievance and dismissal procedures.
