Ellie Hibberd
Employment
Ellie graduated from King's College, Cambridge in 2003 with a degree in Classics. She went on to complete two years at Guildford College of Law and started as a trainee at Dawsons in 2005, qualifying into the Employment Department in September 2007.
Ellie acts for both employers and employees and has experience of both contentious and non-contentious matters. She regularly gives advice to employees regarding redundancy, breaches of contract and compromise agreements and is also experienced in advising employers in relation to employment documentation, capability issues, restructuring exercises and dismissal procedures.
