
We look on our trainees as the future of the firm. We therefore have a very careful selection procedure to ensure that those we take on have a keen interest in the firm, its areas of practice, and want to make a significant contribution during their training to the dedicated client service we provide. We take on four trainees in each year with the hope and intention that all of them will qualify and remain with us and allow the firm to develop and expand organically.
We have a very good reputation at Dawsons for providing extremely high quality training, with all trainees assigned to a partner, conducting matters on their own under that partner's supervision and assisting the partner with his or her other work. This allows the trainees to learn and develop under expert guidance and supervision and at the same time provide a valuable contribution to the busy practitioner.
