We offer expert impartial assistance based on our extensive knowledge of matrimonial settlement. Often several meetings are necessary to reach a conclusion. At this stage both parties consult a separate solicitor in order to formalise the agreement. We believe that mediation can be the most effective way to use the law to the maximum benefit of both parties in a dispute.
