We have a dedicated cross department team headed up by Martin Codd (a fully accredited member of the Association of Leasehold Practitioners) who regularly act for landlords and tenants in claims involving the acquisition of freeholds or the extension of leases. 

We have acted for blocks in excess of 100 members and are retained by various landlords to advise generally in relation to claims received.

We have extensive experience of dealing with difficult cases and regularly appear in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunals.

We also have experience in dealing with RTM claims and service charge disputes.
