We recognise the challenge faced by employers in the area of discrimination law to create and maintain a workplace in which individuals are treated fairly and consistently.  We can help employers to understand their responsibilities and to deal with the variety of potential issues that can arise in the workplace arising out of the discrimination legislation.  Rather than seeking to avoid potential problems, we will work with you to find a solution that is right for your business and fair to your employee. 

We have a specialist team who can advise both employers and employees on grievances, handling investigations into grievances and dealing with complaints of harassment or bullying.  The experience of our team in dealing with discrimination issues means we understand the sensitivities involved on both sides: for an employer, the need to protect its reputation and brand, and for an employee, not to be discriminated against unfairly or singled-out without justification.
